Part of getting your home sold is seeing your home as a buyer would. I always suggest that my seller’s walk out of their home and then walk back in their home with what I call buyer’s eyes. A fresh coat of paint goes a long way to increase a home’s appeal. I also reccomend sprucing up the outside of the home such as adding new mulch and greenery. Remember, buyers are driving by the home every day so Curb Appeal is a BIG deal. Another thing that I reccomend is de-clutter. The saying Less is More is true in this instance. Make sure your closets are cleaned out and not cluttered. Get rid of furniture if the rooms seem overcrowed (maybe put in storage unit). Remember you only get one chance to appeal to that buyer so first impressions are everything. I hope this helps!!! Please see links below for other helpful information.
